Week 4 at DU2DS and the challenge this week is "Things with Wings",now this could cover a multitude of things....images,papers,charms as long as there's something on your project with wings and of coarse there must be one digital image (this can be any companies image).

For my DT card i've gone with one of Sandra's (Sandra Dry Digi Images)fairy images "Rosabella Wish"coloured with Promarkers and Prisma's with alittle glamour dust added to her wings, every fairy needs some, she's been cut out using nesties and mounted onto 3d dimensional tape to raise it slightly from the base card.
The papers are abit of a mixture the patterned paper is a free download from Summer Driggs "Sweet Spring Time" and the rest are Basic Grey "Sultry" and "Sugared".
I've made a trailing rose effect over and around Rosabella by punching some leaves out of the same BG paper using my Leone Em "Ash Branch" punch and then added afew tiny paper roses i'm really pleased with how this as turned out it sort of brings the backing paper to life a continuation shall we say.
The sentiment is Whiff Of Joy from the "Fairy Useful Sayings",the gem in her hair is a nail art gem these are brilliant sometimes the adhesive gems are alittle too large and the ribbon from stash.

I must say i'm "fairly"(pardon the pun) pleased with how this as turned out and hope you like it too :0).look forward to seeing all your fabby creations this week so please come and join us,thanks to everyone for your support last week we had some amazing cards hope to see you all again this week.
Have a lovely day everyone

I've used a Rachelle Anne Miller stamp for my card, and have decided i will stick to using just Stampavie stamps for this the title says you can use others now,but to be honest in a way it is much easier to stick with one make of stamps, the only decision is which image then.
We had a good response again last week with some gorgeous creations...thank you for joining in and hope you'll all be back again this week.

STAMP:- Rachelle Anne Miller "Jump into my pouch".
COLOURING MEDIUM :- Copic markers...thought i should get them back's been awhile since i last used them,i'm not too happy with effort, far too dark, never mind practice makes perfect so they say.

FLOWERS :- Xcut punch.

So out come my much neglected Magnolia's,grabed me a few hours me time and made a card.
I wouldn't call this a pretty card by any means...just a fun card, something alittle different for me i,can't make up my mind whether i like it or not.....i'll let you decide, good or bad let me

Well yet another week as rolled round,it's Friday which means it's time for another challenge at Dare U-2-Digi Stamp, this week we have a colour combo challenge of "Pink and Green",the DT have come up with some amazing creations again.
This week i wanted to try to do something alittle different with my digi image, this what i come up with....i'm not too happy with it and it didn't turn out quite like what i had in mind...but hey some you win,and some you don't :0).
I used Chris's (sketching Stamper) "Heart Of Hearts" image which is shown in the photo above resized to two different sizes and printed out 5 of each onto a sheet of Provocraft 12x12 paper which i cut to A4 to make printer friendly. These i then cut out, added alittle glamour dust to the swirls with a glue pen and slightly curled the edges and layered to form the petals of the flower using silicon glue,a large button and fancy thread for the centre and ribbon for the stem.
The extra little flowers were punched out of the same paper using a woodware and Xcut punch.
The sentiment is from a See D's set "Garden Of Friendship" and all other papers are BG "Sultry".

Hope you will all come and join us again this week,we've had a great response the last two weeks, with some gorgeous creations....thanks all who joined us it's very much appreciated.
This week there's a prize on offer of two each of both Chris's and Sandra's digi images of your own choice :0).
That's about it....hope you all have a lovely day,
Take care

Our challenge this week at DU2DS is "BLING",which could mean glitter, glitter glue, gems, metal etc...all we ask along with the theme is to use a digital image somewhere on your project, now the image can be from any company,so why not come and join in and let your creativity "SHINE" through...pardon the pun.
For my card i've used one of Chris's (sketching stamper) digi images "Vicky",printed off twice, then used the one image to cut the parts of her dress out,i then adhered some embossed foil paper to these pieces so that i could paper piece her dress...the foil catches the light really well, but couldn't capture this on the photo :0(.
The rest of the image was coloured with Promarkers and Prisma's.To glam Vicky up alittle more i added glitter to her hairbands and gave her a necklace and matching bracelet, which i used nail gems, these are minute compared the the adhesive gems i normally use butare more in propotion to the image.
To finish off i used some broad satin ribbon and a slider from my stash, the nail gems i used are "moonstone" which change blue/orange in the light hence the blue ribbon.
Well that's about it,all that's left to say is thank you to those of you who came and joined us last week hope to see you all again, and any of you who didn't make it last week maybe see you this week :0),
Have a lovely day,
Take care

The image i coloured with Promarkers and Prisma's...must start using my Copics again.
The papers are also a download called "Houndstooth" from Designer Digitals.
Sentiment computer generated using"Angelina" font.

Another week as rolled round, where does the time go.This week at Stampavie And More the theme is "Red and White",a lovely colour combo.Hope you will all come and join in,to all those who joined us last week a big thank you you made some gorgeous cards.
For my DT card i decided this week to use a Sugar Nellie Leanne Ellis stamp "Cup Of Tea"available to purchase from Funkykits, coloured with Promarkers and Prisma's,not that there was that much colouring to do.
I didn't want to use any patterned paper on this card so just lots of layers,a couple of which i've used my Fiskars "Threading Water" punch on and another i've used a cutlebug embossing folder.
The cup i stamped twice so that i could 3d it with some silicone to give alittle bit of dimension to the card, this is not showing that good in the photo.
The flower and circle with sentiment was cut using my Wizard, the sentiment is Cornish Heritage Farm.
The ribbon is from Poppicrafts.
Well thats about it,hope you all have a lovely day,
Take care
