DOUBLE DT....STAMP WITH FUN & CUTE DAISY MAY.

Hi...it's Monday so that mean's ive two cards to share with you,both DT...firstly Stamp With Fun,where this week the theme is "TURQUOISE & BROWN",gorgeous colour combo i'm sure you will agree.I've used Sugar Nellie Home Grown "Macbeth" from Funkykits,coloured with Distress Inks,matted and layered onto a round nestie and then a shapeabilities nested flower.the two smaller flowers have been cut out using these same dies.The papers are Funky Fairy's "Hope Collection".The lighter turquoise panel i've embossed using the Cuttlebug "Swiss Dots" folder,which i've also doted some small self adhesive pearls onto.The scalloped brown trim as been done with a Martha Stewart punch,ribbon from stash.

The second card i've got to share with you is for Cute Daisy May...the theme this week is "AS YOU LIKE IT!" in other words do what you want,and there's a fabby prize up for grabs this week,you must go check it out :0).I've used two sheets this week to create my card,the well which i think is a really useful image is from "SHEET 37" and the girl is from "SHEET 19",these along with many more gorgeous images can been found HERE,great value for money too.I've coloured mine using Promarkers and Prisma's.The textured card is DCWV,the sentiment is computer generated using "Bradley Hand" font.Flowers are Prima's,everything else from stash.

DT FOR DU2DS #13....SKETCH BY KIM....

Well it's that time of the week again..it's Friday.it's 5 to 5 and it's Crackerjack,couldn't resist that...lol,and if you're as old as me you'll know where i'm coming from! no it mean's it's time for another dare at DU2DS....this week we have a lovely sketch for you to follow by one of the DT Kim,thanks Kim i enjoyed working with this :0).

I've used one of Chris's (Sketching Stamper) images "Perfume Bottles),you can purchase this along with many other lovely images from HERE.When i first saw this image i knew exactly what i wanted to do with it,i think that happens with some images and it's great when it does!,i didn't want to add colour to it so just went over the lines and shading with a black Prisma,then cut the image out and raised it from the nestie panel with silicone gel.I've added glitter to two of the bottles,a pearl and adhesive gems to the others.I've used DCWV glittered card "The Alphabet Stack",the sentiment is WOJ and the tulle,hatpins and roses all from stash.

PAPERTAKE WEEKLY,ABC CHALLENGE & PASSION FOR PROMARKERS....

Hi everyone...one card to cover three challenges,Papertake Weekly where this week the theme is "DELIGHTFUL DOWNLOADS",well i've used one of my new pixie download images from Charmed Cards and Crafts,coloured with promarkers which allows me to enter Passion For Promarkers,the challenge this week to use the colours "LEMON & MEADOW GREEN",gorgeous combination and last but no means least ABC Challenge "T IS FOR TWO TONE".

The papers are HOTP and flowers are a mixture from Poppicrafts,the rest odds and ends from stash.The corners have been cut with a Ek Success corner punch.I nearly forgot the gorgeous lace came in some blog candy i recieved from the very talented Bev...thanks hun.

I must say i'm happy with this one,hope you like it too...

DT FOR STAMPAVIE AND MORE....

Morning all....yet another week's passed and time once again for a new challenge at Stampavie and More,this week we have a sketch for you to follow by one of our DT...BA,lovely sketch to work with,thank you BA :0).

I've used one of my much loved Sarah Kay stamps "Time For Apple Pie" coloured with distress inks cut out using circle nesties and raised from the base card on dimensional tape.All papers and textured card are Cosmo Cricket,which i've also used to make the flowers,they have been punched out using Ek Success sml,med and large "Retro Flower" punches.The raffia lace is from Hobbycraft and pearls from stash.

DOUBLE DT....4 CHALLENGES.

Hi everyone....it's that time again,Monday,which means double DT time.My first card is for Stamp With Fun,this week we have a sketch for you to follow by one of the DT Bea (Megastamper).For mine i've used a Sugar Nellie Leanne Ellis stamp"Moon Beams" purchased from Funkykits,coloured with distress inks,i've added glamour dust to the moon,the sparkle's not showing very good in the photo.I've used two Cuttlebug embossing folders "Swiss Dots" and "Stylized Flowers" to give some texture to the three bottom semi circles.The background paper is from Designer Digitals,the sentiment is a Magnolia stamp and the flowers are a mixture of Prima's and punched out Retro flowers using Ek Success sml,med and large punches.Buttons,ribbon,gems and pearls all from stash.

The second DT card i've got to share with you is for Cute Daisy May,where the theme this week is "ANIMALS",i've used this cute little cow from "Sheet 26",this along with so many other cute images can be purchased from HERE.I've used Promarkers and Prisma's as my colouring medium,i've then cut the image out and raised it using silicone gel onto a rectangle nestie which as also been raised using dimensional tape.The paper is a freebie from Linnie which you will find HERE and i think works well with this image.Flowers Prima's,sentiment computer generated and everything else from stash.

I'm also entering this card into two other challenges...the layout i used is from this weeks sketch at FRIDAY SKETCHERS,great sketch to work with,thank you Bea.

DU2DS DT CARD....."MAKE A SCENE".

Hi....today i'd like to share with you my DT card for DU2DS....this week the dare is "MAKE A SCENE".I've created mine using all digital images,the background is from the"Girl About Town"download set from Charmed Cards And Crafts,i've used Chris's (Sketching Stamper)"Vicki Shops" and the topiary and sentiment are from a Cuddly Buddly download "Doodletown".....all images have been coloured using Promarkers and Prisma's.Vicki and the topiary have been cut out and raised using silicone gel to give some dimension to the scene.Brads are Cosmo Cricket,gem's and ribbon from stash.Alittle glamour dust as been used on Vicki's butterfly broach and hair bands.

Well that's about it folks....hope you will all come and join in this week on the dare and a big thank you to everyone who joined us last week,we had a good response and some gorgeous creations...

DT FOR STAMPAVIE AND MORE.....PENNY BLACK.

Morning everyone....today i've got my DT card for Stampavie and More to share with you,our theme this week is "NUMBERS",somewhere on your card/project we would like to see a number.

I've used a PB stamp "Lovely Bubbly",i wanted to kill two birds with one stone...the theme over at Penny Black Saturday Challenge is "CELEBRATIONS" so i'm entering my card into that too.This all fell just right for me the girl next door is 21 next week so i needed to do a card for her and for once i'm infront...lol.

I've coloured the image using Promarkers and Prisma's...i love Penny Black stamps i think they're so easy to colour.The papers are DCWV "Christmas Stack",as is the textured card.I've cut the stars freehand and they are mounted at different levels with silicone gel to give alittle dimension to the card,i've added glamour dust to the dots on the paper to give some sparkle but this is not showing too good in the photo.

To finish i've used a "Threading Water" Fiskars punch for the trim with some ribbon from stash.Numbers are Doodlebug rub-ons.
