Morning...alittle early today getting my card posted :),and a change of colour scheme....looking back over the last couple of cards i've put on here they were all more or less the same colour way,,,i've also given the markers a miss on this one and just used Prisma pencils as my colouring medium.I've used one of my all time favourite LOTV images...just too cute!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY EVELYN.......

Hi....Quick make and a quick post from me today...I needed a card for a lady who we've lived by since we moved into this house 27 years ago...a graet lady who will be the grand age of 96 tomorrow...WOW!!

Always a women who liked to look good when she went out...so decided to go with some decoupage printed off another one of my new CDs...which i purchased again for the outline images...didn't think i would use it for anything else...but must say i love the images on it.

HOUSE MOUSE.....

Hi...Today i'd like to share a card with you that i've made to cover a few challenges...

I've always loved these House Mouse stamps...and so just had to have the new House Mouse triple CD rom just released by Joanna Sheen....for the outline images its well worth it!

So this is the first one i've printed off and coloured it using a mixture of Promarkers,Copic Markers and Prisma Pencils.

The theme over at the HOUSE MOUSE and FRIENDS CHALLENGE this week is "Flower power,or Flour power".....for my layout i went with the sketch over at SKETCH and STASH...great sketch,perfect for my image.

I had alittle look to see if there were any other challenges my card could be entered in....and at THE RIBBON GIRL'S MAY COLOUR CHALLENGE its "Lilac/Lavender"so i think i'm covered with my card there.At the ABC CHALLENGE it's "N for not just one (make a card with three or more embellishments)

Last but not least.....EVERYBODY ART CHALLENGE,the theme is "Flowers".

LESS IS MORE....

Hi.....just a short post from me today....and a CAS card too.

Like i said yesterday haven't done much crafting over the last two years...so i'm easing myself back into it....

There could be no better challenge to do this than THE LESS IS MORE....popped over there first thing this morning to see what the theme was....and this week its "CATS and/or DOGS".

After getting my jobs done decided to join in...and here's my card below ( sorry photo's not brilliant ).

The image i've used is a Joanna Sheen one i've had from when i first started crafting...it's off a A4 sheet all different cat images....it's been sencond generation stamped (for a lighter finish) in Memento Tuxedo Black ink...i really wanted it to look like a pencil drawing.

The sentiment was stamped the same and is an old Elzybells one.....no longer available...i loved her stamps.

I've finished off with alittle washi tape and a couple of staples.

Well thats about it for now....Hubby's home from work and need to do the food shop.

So bye for now have a good weekend

OMG....IT'S BEEN THAT LONG I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING !!!!!!!

OMG.....IT'S BEEN THAT LONG I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING !!!!!

Firstly HI to all....it's  been two years since i last blogged...and boy what a shock i had when i signed in to do this post....all change...so if this posts all over the show don't be suprised....LOL.

I haven't done much card making over the last two years....none really with any colouring on...in fact i haven't really done any colouring  during this time.....and have even purchased cards...now how bad is that!

I decided it was time to see if i could still step up to the mark....so yesterday i picked this gorgeous "Ava" image from Saturated Canary...sorted a couple of challenges out and set about creating a card..YAY!

So onto the card.....the challenge over at Saturated Canary at the moment is "Emerald" with a photo too for alittle inspiration....i've coloured "Ava" with a mixture of Copic's,Promarkers and Prisma Pencils.

The base card ive embossed with a A4 Embossalicious "Perfect Paisley" embossing folder.

I've used a scrap of Core'Dinations cardstock....alittle glitter for the ballon,ribbon and button from stash.

I've followed this weeks sketch over at Sketch Saturday....lovely sketch Jen...and perfect to ease me back in.....So with that i'll love and leave you for now...hope i can do the links..

SENDING YOU SUNSHINE & SMILES....

It's a sad day for me today...this will be my last card as a DT member for both SKETCH SATURDAY and A GEM OF A CHALLENGE....well to be honest i've dropped all of my DT post's...not a decision made lightly...but it needed to be done....i'd like to take the opportunity to thank all my teamies for having me...it's been a pleasure working with you all,i'll miss you!
Well now on to today's card which covers both SKETCH SATURDAY...fab sketch from Jo again this week and A GEM OF A CHALLENGE...where we have a colour challenge of "AQUA,LEMON & PINK".
I've used one of the recently released digi images from PINK GEM DESIGNS ....."jodie"...coloured with Promarkers and Prisma's,a dream to colour.
Papers are also from PINK GEM DESIGNS...another new set..."Flowers and Butterflies"...the sentiment is a large circle stamp "Sunshine & Smiles",again PINK GEM DESIGNS.
The butterflies were made using to different Martha Stewart punches.

A RECIPE FOR A PERFECT DAY.....

Hi everyone....today i have a card to share with you which covers two of my DT challenges....THE PAPER SHELTER,this week we have a colour combo theme of "Black,White and 1 other colour"...and STAMPAVIE AND MORE,where we have the theme of "Ribbon".
I've used a PAPER SHELTER image "Trattoria Chef",coloured with Promarkers and Prisma's and i've added glossy accents to the sauce.
The paper is from PINK GEM DESIGNS....from the "Gingham" download set....i was starting to panic i've used all my black and white gingham paper from Joanna Sheen that i usually use.... when suddenly i had a "light bulb" moment...PINK GEM to the rescue :0).
The recipe cards which are nearly all covered by the image are from the "Daily Servings" set from Designer Digitals,i've added file tabs to the tops using an Anna Griffin multi tabs punch.
The sentiment i computer generated using "Amanda's Hand" font.

I'm also entering this card into the following challenges:-
DUTCH DARE(Thurs).....i followed the sketch...and a fab one too!
CES(Sat)....Favourite colour combo....black white + 1 is my all time favourite!
LADYBUG CRAFTS INK....Black,White plus one other colour.
