WISHING YOU A MAGICAL DAY.....

Hi...today i've a card to share with you that i made yesterday afternoon....i've used a stamp i've had for two to three years and never got round to inking it up...so decided it was about time i did :)....It's a first for me doing a rocker card too...i got the inspiration from one of the challenges i'm entering TOP TIP TUESDAY...there's a tutorial on there showing you how to make a stepper rocker...well i haven't followed the tutorial,but it gave me the inspiration to make  a rocker card....

HOUSE MOUSE "SUPERSTAR".....

What a beautiful day it is today.....not a cloud in the sky :)....and windy too...excellent washing day,i so love to see the washing blow!
Well onto my card...



How cute is this House Mouse image.....The challenge this week over at HOUSE MOUSE and FRIENDS is "Father Day / Male"...i think this is a perfect image for Fathers Day or a male birthday....I followed the sketch over at THE SKETCHY CHALLENGES, i did rotate it (hope thats ok).And this month at HECK OF A CHALLENGE they would like you to play "Bingo"...i've gone for the middle vertical which is "YELLOW,DIE CUT or PUNCH,GREEN".Just one other challenge i would like to enter my card into is CREATIVE CRAFT CHALLENGES 2 where the theme is "For The Fellas".

HOW OLD ?......

Hi....the card i've got to share with you today is for two challenges....LILIS LITTLE FAIRIES,the theme this week is a colour combo of "Purple and Yellow"...i was so pleased yesterday when i went to check out their new challenge for this week to find i'd been picked in the top 3 for last week....thank you girls :)...i'll be popping my top 3 badge in the sidebar later.
The second challenge is SWEET SKETCH WEDNESDAY....fab sketch  and worked just perfect with the image i've used.

 Recipe for card :-
Lili of the valley stamp "Hello Cupcake",coloured with Copics and Prismas.
Papers,sentiment and extra cupcake free with a Creative Cardmaking Magazine.
Silver leaf added to cupcake stand.
Glitter(on hat and shoes) and glossy accents (on the yellow iced cupcakes and the cherry on the extra one)

Hi everyone...today i have two DT cards to share with you....firstly SKETCH SATURDAY,once again Jo's come up with a fantastic sketch for us all to work with :0)...hope you'll all come and join us this week.
I've used a Kenny K stamp "Movie Star" available to purchase from WHIMSY STAMPS...i love this image....i've used Promarkers and Prisma's as my colouring medium,i cut her out because i wanted to use the black glittered cardstock for a background.
The sentiment is also from WHIMSY STAMPS....it's from the "Fast Lane Sentiments" set by Raindrop Echo Designs....this set is just perfect to work with the Kenny K stamps.
The papers and cardstock are all DCWV.

The papers are also PINK GEM DESIGNS....from the "Shades" and the "Micro Dots" sets....at the moment for this weekend all digi downloads,papers and images are on special....grab them at the bargain price while you can!
The sentiment is a stamp once again from PINK GEM DESIGNS..."A Magical Day" (Large circle stamp).
The border was done with a Martha Stewart punch....everything else from stash.

I'M HERE FOR YOU....

Well i'm a day late posting my DT card for the new challenge over at POLLYCRAFT....were this week the theme is SWIRLS & PEARLS.....i wasn't too good yesterday and spent most of the day in bed...feeling better today i'm pleased to say :0).
For my card i've used one of the Crystal Fairies...... "Fairy 3" coloured with Copic markers and Prisma's.
I've added glamour dust to her wings and glossy accents to the heart she's holding.....i've also added alittle glamour dust to the punched out leaves.
The papers are Basic Grey "Two Scoops" and this is my swirl part of the challenge,flowers and pearls from stash....the flowers have been sprayed with Cosmic shimmer mist "Angel Mist".
The metal butterfly is off a set of earrings i got from Boots out of the sale....three sets of earrings each with 3 different charms on for £1...purchased especially for craft use.
The sentiment is MFT.

FEELING GROOVY.....

Good morning all....this card i'm posting today is yesterday's DT card for SKETCH SATURDAY....Jo's come up with another fabby sketch for us all to follow,hope you'll all come and join in the fun :0)
Now there's abit of a tale to this card...i'd coloured this POLLYCRAFT image for my DT card for the current challenge "Teen's" over at POLLYCRAFT,i'd sorted my papers too, only to discover "Tyler" had been retired....so i made another card for the challenge and decided to use this one on my SKETCH SATURDAY card....i think he's really cute :0)....so no link for you to purchase the image,but if you vistit POLLYCRAFT there's loads more fabby images to pop in your basket!
I've used Copic markers and Prisma's to colour and Old Paper Distress Ink around the image and the edge of the papers.
The papers are all Basic Grey "Archaic" and the sentiment is Auntum Leaves from the"Sentiments Circles" set.
I've added a cheap pair of earphones to embellish.

THE EASTER BUNNY.....

Hi,hope you've come with your sun glasses...you may well need them today,my cards alittle on the bright side...but i like it!
It's to cover two challenges,well two DT challenges....i will be entering it into a couple others.
THE PAPER SHELTER this week have the theme "SPRING FLING" and STAMPAVIE AND MORE also have a "SPRING/EASTER" theme.
I've used one of the new images from THE PAPER SHELTER...."Dressed up as Easter bunny"...coloured using Copic markers and Prisma's,with just a touch of glamour dust to the bunny tail.
The papers are all We R MemoryKeepers "Hippity Hoppity" and so is the sentiment.
The fabric button is My Minds Eye,ribbon and pearls from stash.
The Easter eggs are solid beads i got my hubby to cut in half.

WELCOME TO YOUR NEW HOME......

Hi....today i've a card to share with you that i've made to cover two of my DT challenges.....Wednesday see's the start of two new theme's both at THE PAPER SHELTER,where this week the theme is "SEEING RED" and at STAMPAVIE AND MORE,where the theme is "WELCOME"
The image i've used is from THE PAPER SHELTER,from the "Mushrooms" set...you get three different images in this set...but i somehow rather liked the shape of this one :0).
I've used Copic markers and Prisma's as my colouring medium and i've added some glossy accents to the spots.
For the house number i used Doodlebug rub-ons,and the sentiment was made on the computer using "Angelina" font.
The fence was cut using a Xcut die,key charm,ribbon and ladybird from stash.
The backing paper is off a Bearlymine CD "Designer Extreme Vol 2".

FANCY A CUPPA ?.....

"BUTTONS AND BOW'S".....is the theme for the very first challenge over at THE PAPER SHELTER CHALLENGE BLOG.
A few weeks back i was one of the lucky one's to be picked to be on the DT at THE PAPER SHELTER,and get to work with these fabby images...now if you've never heard of THE PAPER SHELTER you must head on over there and check out the gorgeous images,i know you'll just love them and such reasonable prices too :0).
For my card i just had to use "The Mad Hatter"....such a fun image and a dream to colour.
I've used Copic markers and Prisma's and added a touch of glamour dust to one of the cups and a dotted line coming from the teapot.
The cardstock is all DCWV,the patterned one is from "Animal Crackers" glittered cardstock stack.
The sentiment which i think works perfectly with this image is from Waltzing Mouse Stamps....from the "Frame It" set.
The button and waxed thread from stash.
