Well it's week 11 over at LESS IS MORE and this week there's a theme of "ACETATE".I'm really happy with how this card turned out but boy how hard is it to get a good photo when you've used acetate and to be totally honest the card is much better IRL than it looks here :0(.
I've used a sheet of glittered print acetate by Inkraft...i had this in a sale from the garden center,i think it was £1.50 for 5 different designs and at the time wasn't really sure if i'd ever use it!
I've wrapped the acetate over some textured cream cardstock,the acetate was smaller than A4 so folded the card and cut to suit the size....the card size is 63/4" x 51/4".
I've secured the acetate to the cardstock on the front only with a strip of extra strong double sided tape,i've then wrapped the satin ribbon around the card to cover the tape.
The jewelled brad is by Dovecraft and the sentiment is by Anna Griffin...the ink matches perfectly to the ribbon,but for some reason everything is showing slightly different colours in the photo!
