This week at Stampavie and More we have a sketch to follow by Nette,hope you will all come and join in it's a lovely sketch to work with...thank you Nette.
Still sticking with my Stampavie stamps i've gone for a Sarah Kay image and a burgundy and green colour combo....must try and get away from the green,i've used it alot lately.
I've also made the rose on this card,i'm pleased with how this as turned out....if you would like to have a go at making one you can find the tutorial here,really easy to make,but i think very effective,i will be making some more.
RECIPE FOR CARD:-
STAMP:-Sarah Kay "Spring Blossoms".
COLOURING MEDIUM:-Promarkers,Prisma's and Sansador.
PAPER:- Basic Grey "Sultry".
EVERYTHING ELSE:- Brads and dew drops from stash and a Fiskars "Threading Water" punch used to make decorative edge.

Beautfiul card! I adore all Sarah Kay images and this one is especially pretty! Your rose is gorgeous! I made two following the same tutorial and I was pleased with the results, but my roses still weren't as pretty as yours is.

Thanks for the link to the rose tutuorial, yours is so beautiful, I would never have thought you'd made it, it's so perfect. I know you see you use the green a lot but I love this combo with the burgundy. Chris xx
