KIKI WITH CAKES.....

Another weeks gone by...who pinched last week?...lol,never enough days in a week lately!
But it mean's one thing it's Sunday again and time for another challenge over at JUST CUTE BEARS...this week we would like to see PINK and BROWN on your card/project....now that's an easy one...such a lovely colour combo!


For my card i've used a Pollycraft digital image "Kiki with cakes",coloured using Promarkers and Prisma's.
The papers are a download from The Creative Cottage "Something Sweet"......just the perfect colours for this weeks challenge.I've added little dots of glamour dust to the plain pink paper...just because...lol.
The flowers i've punched from the same papers using two sizes of Ek Success "Retro" flower punches and the tiny flowers i've used in the centers are punched with a Xcut one.

THE CREATIVE COTTAGE...."CHRISTMAS"

Well nothing coloured today to show you just a really quick and simple Christmas card...over at THE CREATIVE COTTAGE this week the challenge is "CHRISTMAS"....
The special set on offer this week at The Creative Cottage is "Christmas Magic" £1.50 instead of £3.50 what a bargain...had to have it!...well it would have been rude not to...LOL.
When i saw what was in the set i knew i just had to make a Christmas Pud card :0)...i enlarged the image and as you can see printed out perfect even at this large size...to give you an idea of the size it fits just right into a 6x6 square envelope.
I printed it out three times...so that i could do some layering and give the card alittle dimension...i've added some extra holly this was printed off a Polka Doodles Christmas CD as was the sentiment.
I've added some glamour dust all around the edge of the icing and sentiment,but this is not showing up too good in the photo.

"TOUCHY FEELY".....

"Touchy Feely" is the theme this week at THE CREATIVE COTTAGE....this is the first time i've joined in on the challenge but decided i'd give it a whirl....seeing that i'd just purchased this weeks special offer kit "BabyEllie And Family"it would have been rude not to use it!...LOL.

All papers and image are printed from the Creative Cottage kit...i print the backing papers onto 160 gsm smooth cardstock and this time because of the "Touchy Feely" theme i've printed the image onto sticky back flock paper...it's the first time i've tried this and i must say i'm really pleased with the result :0).

The trim across the middle is made from felt...not sure where this came from,i think it was in a Cosmo Cricket set from QVC.

I've 3d the image...i printed it out 3 times,cut and layered it using Pinflair glue gel onto an embossed background which had been created using a Crafts Too 5x5 "Dots" embossing folder.

The sentiment is from Hero Arts....the google eyes,pearls and tiny button from stash.

I'm also entering this card into this weeks FRIDAY SKETCHERS CHALLENGE....i followed their fabby sketch it so suited the card i wanted to make!
