DARE U-2-DIGI STAMP..."BLING"

Our challenge this week at DU2DS is "BLING",which could mean glitter,glitter glue,gems,metal etc...all we ask along with the theme is to use a digital image somewhere on your project,now the image can be from any company,so why not come and join in and let your creativity "SHINE" through...pardon the pun.

For my card i've used one of Chris's (sketching stamper) digi images "Vicky",printed off twice,then used the one image to cut the parts of her dress out,i then adhered some embossed foil paper to these pieces so that i could paper piece her dress...the foil catches the light really well,but couldn't capture this on the photo :0(.

The rest of the image was coloured with Promarkers and Prisma's.To glam Vicky up alittle more i added glitter to her hairbands and gave her a necklace and matching bracelet,which i used nail gems,these are minute compared the the adhesive gems i normally use butare more in propotion to the image.

To finish off i used some broad satin ribbon and a slider from my stash,the nail gems i used are "moonstone" which change blue/orange in the light hence the blue ribbon.

SKETCH AND STASH...."BEN'S KIND OF EASTER BUNNY"

Morning everyone...today i'm sharing a card with you i've made for challenge 7 at Sketch and Stash,this a great sketch to work with and i will definately be using it again,so thanks Becky.

The card is my son Ben's Easter card...when i saw this digital image from Victoria Case i just had to have it,the image is called "Easter Bunni" and i think brilliant for a multitude of occassions for those awkward men's cards we all love making....lol.

The image i coloured with Promarkers and Prisma's...must start using my Copics again.

The papers are also a download called "Houndstooth" from Designer Digitals.

Sentiment computer generated using"Angelina" font.

Ribbon and button from stash.Glamour dust on her ears.

STAMPAVIE AND MORE....."CUP OF TEA".

Another week as rolled round,where does the time go.This week at Stampavie And More the theme is "Red and White",a lovely colour combo.Hope you will all come and join in,to all those who joined us last week a big thank you you made some gorgeous cards.

For my DT card i decided this week to use a Sugar Nellie Leanne Ellis stamp "Cup Of Tea"available to purchase from Funkykits,coloured with Promarkers and Prisma's,not that there was that much colouring to do.

I didn't want to use any patterned paper on this card so just lots of layers,a couple of which i've used my Fiskars "Threading Water" punch on and another i've used a cutlebug embossing folder.

The cup i stamped twice so that i could 3d it with some silicone to give alittle bit of dimension to the card,this is not showing that good in the photo.

The flower and circle with sentiment was cut using my Wizard,the sentiment is Cornish Heritage Farm.

The ribbon is from Poppicrafts.

"STAMP WITH FUN" LAUNCH....AND "WOJ"

It's launch day at "STAMP WITH FUN",and the first challenge is a sketch by one of our DT Saphira.....lovely sketch thank you Saphira.Also a big thank you to Mona,Tina and Jacqueline for all their hard work getting this up and running.Hope you will all come and join in,look forward to visiting your Blogs.

It's alittle cheeky of me i know but i'm going to enter this card in the WOJ challenge 24 which this week is "Let's Get Dirty".

"DARE U-2-DIGI STAMP" LAUNCH......DT CARD.

Today is "Dare u-2-digi stamp" launch day WOOOO HOOO....as more and more of us are using digital downloads for our cards/creations this is a great challenge Blog to show them off.

To start you all off this week there's a lovely sketch to follow by Chris all that's asked of you is to use a digital image on you creation....this can be anybodies download.There's a great prize up for grabs this week too,Promarkers included.

For my card i've used one of Chris's (Sketching Stamper) digi stamps "Daisy Crazy" from the "Lots of Flowers" set,coloured with Promarkers and Prisma's cut out with nesties and 3d layered onto a background created with my "Texture" cuttlebug embossing folder.Once the card was embossed i then rubbed over with metallic rub-on.The sentiment is from Scrappy Cat,the pearl and beaded pearl trim are from stash.

COLOUR CREATE WK 9......"LILAC & BLUE"

The theme this week at Colour Create is "LILAC & BLUE" and the optional extra's to use ribbon and swirl's.

There's some great candy up for grab's this week this is open to everyone entering this challenge,due to this all that's asked is for you not to combine challenges,boy would i like to get my hands on this little lot,included id the much sort after Anya's :0).

Enough of my waffling,onto my card.

Recipe :-

Base card Papermania "scolloped",i do like these but feel they are rather flimsy,i normally use a heavier base card.

All other card from stash.

The sentiment stamp is hero Arts "Treasure the Moments".

HOTP swirl stamp.

Fabric flowers Papermania.

Doily,ribbon,hatpins and beads all from bit box.

All edges distressed and then rubbed over with "Antique Linen" distress ink.

SWS....."DOTS AND STRIPES"....AND BLOG NEW'S.

Morning everyone,to say it's been a funny week over at Stamp With Stampavie is abit of an understatement.The challenge Blog was lost at one point and it didn't look like it was going to be restored,but low and behold if by magic it somehow reappeared :0).

Not thinking this would be the case a new Blog was set up ready for this week by Tina,Jacqueline and Mona "Stamp With Fun",due to all the hard work that's gone into setting this new Blog up the girls have decided to leave us and continue with the new challenge Blog...well Mona will be DT on both as will a number of us,so yes i'm now on the two.Stamp with Fun will start on Monday 6th April.

Hope you will all come and support both :0).

Stamp With Stampavie is now "Stampavie And More" which mean's you can now use any stamps that you want to,this week the theme is "Dots and Stripes"

It was about time my Sugar Nellie"Gorjuss" girls from Funkykits saw the light of day so after much deliberating "sitting" Gorjuss won,well her spotted dress and striped tights go well with the theme,coloured with Promarkers,Prisma's and Sansador,cut out and raised using silicone glue.

The papers are Rasberry Road "Mothers Love" and the sentiment is Papermania Clare Curd's signature range....an andy sent of sentiments.

Everything else from bit box.

Just before i say my goodbye's i need to say a warm welcome to some lovely girls who have joined use on the DT,it's nice to have you on board.
