My mom passed away yesterday teatime.
Thank you all for your kind words yesterday.
Mom wherever you are RIP.....i loved you so much.

TIME OUT.....

Hi.....I think i need to put you all in the picture and tell you why my blogging as been a bit hit and miss lately,i haven't been leaving many comments and i'm sorry for that,i've managed up to now to carry on with my DT cards,pinching a hour here and there and sometimes crafting at silly hours in the night.My mom as renal failure and as been out of hospital 3 weeks now i'm looking after her....this week she's really gone down and i have decided to take some time out from blogging....i have asked all my DT's for time off.

STAMPAVIE AND MORE...."ROSES FOR YOU"

Well another weeks gone by and time for another challenge over at Stampavie and More,this week we have a lovely sketch for you to follow by one of our DT Valerie....great sketch to work with and one i will use again,thank you Valerie!

I've gone with a Lelo stamp this week "Roses For You" coloured with Promarkers and i've added alittle glamour dust to the flowers.

The papers which i think work well with the image are Pink Petticoat "Spring Wishes".Textured card DCWV and sentiment Papermania.Flowers are cut with a Woodware punch and pearls and brads from stash.

STAMP WITH FUN & CUTE DAISY MAY.....

Hi....it's Monday again so that mean's i have two DT cards to share with you,firstly Stamp With Fun where this week we have "At The Sea" theme for you.

For my card i've used this fun Kadoodle stamp "Bikini Babe" by the very talented Sandra Dry,it can be purchased from The Craft Barn (great service).I've coloured the image using Promarkers and Prisma's,and then added some glamour dust to her bikini.

The scene was printed from Cute Companions "Summer Stories".

The textured card and sand effect paper are DCWV.ribbon and flip flops from stash.

The second DT card i've got to share with you is for Cute Daisy May.....we have a colour theme of "BLUE & GREEN",must say one of my favourite colour combo's.
This gorgeous fairy image of Linnie's is from "SHEET No 41" and as been coloured using Promarkers and Prisma's,the sentiment was computer generated and added to the image before printing out.
The paper is a Funky Fairy download "Funky Christmas".The flowers are Flora Doodles and ribbon from stash.I've added glamour dust to her wings....every fairy needs alittle sparkle!.

Well all that's left to say is thanks to all who joined us last week and hope to see you all again this week.

STAMPAVIE AND MORE.....BUTTONS,BLUE & BROWN

Well it's Wednesday once again!,and that means it's time for a new challenge over at Stampavie and More,this week the theme is "BUTTONS,BLUE & BROWN".

For my DT card i decided to use a stamp i had awhile back "Dress Up" by Paperbag Studio's,i love this image,what little colouring i've done is with Prisma Pencils and Sansador.
The flower i've punched using Ek Success Retro flower punches finished in the centre with a tiny brown pearl.To create the edge i've used a Fiskar's "Threading Water" border punch and threaded some fancy wool through.Buttons from stash.

A very plain and simple card but i'm really pleased with it!

DOUBLE DT.....STAMP WITH FUN & CUTE DAISY MAY.

Hi everyone...i've two DT cards to share with you today,firstly my card for Stamp With Fun,where this week we have a lovely sketch for you to work with by our GD Nicole....thank you Nicole a dream to work with!.

I've used a CC Design's Swiss Pixies stamp "Heidi" and coloured for a change with water colour pencils.The paper is My Minds Eye "Bloom And Grow" and the sentiment is Papermania.

The flowers are Prima,Flora Doodles and two i've cut with Ek Success Retro flower punch.

Ribbon,brads and adhesive gems from stash and i've added alittle glamour dust to her wings.

My second card is my DT card for Cute Daisy May,this week the brief from Net was "The Word",the sentiment needs to be the main part of your card/project.
I've used this cute image of Linnie's from "SHEET No 24" which i thought worked so well with this sentiment from Paper Makeup Stamps.
My colouring medium on this one is Promarkers and Prisma's.
I've used "Swiss Dots" embossing folder on the white card to add some texture and finished with some self adhesive pearls by Papermania.
Linnie's done some gorgeous new images....you'll find the one i've used plus loads more must haves HERE,you'll be spoilt for choice,well worth a look!

DU2DS......"BUTTERFLY CATCHER".

Well where does the time go!...it's been two weeks since our last dare at DU2DS it seems like no time to me,this week our dare is a colour theme "GREEN,BLUE & WHITE/CREAM".

I've used one of Chris's(Sketching Stamper) new butterfly fairy images "Butterfly Catcher" which can be purchased along with so many more must haves from HERE.

I've used Copic's and Prisma's to colour the image and added alittle glamour dust to her wings.The papers are all K&Co "Hopscotch" and the textured card is Core'Dinations.The punched out butterfly border panel i've done using a Xcut border punch,i've used the tiny butterflies out of it around the image and also added alittle glamour dust to these.

The swirls have been made with an Ek Success florish punch.Self adhesive pearls to finish.
